1/2 cup salted butter, softened 2/3 cup xylitol (1 Tbsp blackstrap molasses- optional, adds .4g sugar per cookie, but creates a better flavor) Mix together 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract Mix in 1 3/4 cups almond flour 1/2 tsp xantham gum 1/4 tsp salt 1/4 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cold water
Mix again
3/4 cup Lily’s chocolate chips (stevia sweetened) , stir in~
Golf ball size scoops,
sprinkle a few more chocolate chips on top to make them look better?
Bake on top rack at 370 for 12 min. Share, eat, and enjoy?
